Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous home health experience required
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Territory: 50-mile radius from the office
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week, 6 daily

The city sits about 25 miles southwest of Portland and is near more than 100 wineries in the Willamette Valley, making it a good fit for clinicians who enjoy a quieter setting with regional dining and tasting rooms. Champoeg State Heritage Area is roughly 10 miles away and offers trails, river access, and camping along the Willamette River. The Oregon Coast is about 60 miles west, and Silver Falls State Park is about 50 miles southeast, giving travelers day-trip options for hiking, waterfalls, and scenic drives.
