Location: Lathrop, California
Pay Rate: Up to $43.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman Carpenters for a commercial construction project in Lathrop, CA . This is an excellent opportunity for skilled craftsmen looking for long-term work with competitive pay.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience
- OSHA 10 Certification required or willingness to obtain prior to starting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with framing, layout, installation, and finish carpentry
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in an active construction environment
Job Duties
- Perform commercial carpentry work including framing, blocking, backing, and installation of building components
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal studs, and other construction materials
- Install doors, hardware, trim, and other finish carpentry elements
- Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
