Essel is looking for dedicated Punch Prep/Finished Carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on completing the finishing touches on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform detailed punch list work, including installation and adjustments of trim, cabinets, and doors. Finish carpentry tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a professional finish. Install fixtures and hardware with precision. Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift materials as needed. Valid driver's license may be required. We offer steady work, great pay, sick time and vacation time as part of your employment.
