The Role
As a Level 3 Remodeler, you’ll be a key field team member executing all aspects of residential kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and whole-house renovations. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows their way around a job site and works well independently and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of residential remodeling experience preferred
- Strong carpentry skills (framing through finish work)
- Solid working knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of current building codes
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening
- Own a full, well-maintained set of tools (smartphone required)
- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to growth
Compensation & Benefits
