Sales Leader & Team Coach - Optical Retail Growth
Stanton Optical
Stanton Optical in El Paso is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our store’s sales efforts and coach a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Brand Manager, support store operations, and foster collaboration with Clinical and Lab staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
You will drive performance, recruit and train associates, and analyze daily metrics to meet ambitious goals while upholding Stanton Optical’s standards and values.
