CWR-Lead, Customer Service Rep

Randstad is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative for our global logistics client.

Are you a natural leader who loves helping others succeed? We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide and coach a dedicated group of customer service specialists. In this onsite role based in Jacksonville, FL, you will help your team smash their performance goals, solve complex customer issues, and ensure every customer walks away happy.

Shift Details: Friday through Tuesday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pay 

Rate: $31.00 – $31.25 per hour 

Contract Length: 3-month contract (with the potential for extension or hire)

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Supervise the daily operations of your customer service team, providing active coaching to build a high-performance environment.
• Track Team Success: Maintain and analyze daily and weekly performance statistics for your direct reports to help them hit their goals.
• Solve Complex Issues: Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer problems, using sound judgment to find quick and satisfying solutions.
• Streamline Operations: Troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks and complete required team reports to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications Must-haves:

• 4+ years of customer service experience handling complex transactions.
• 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in a call center environment.
• bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
