Principaldutiesand Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production. Confirmqualityof workbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day. Responsiblefor maintaingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrews. Maintaincontractand/orperformanceschedule. Overseeday-to-dayperformanceofstaff. Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc. Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresandhumanresourcepoliciesandproceduresarebeing followed at all times. Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals. PositionRequirements: HighSchool Diploma Havetheabilitytocompleteassignmentswithnosupervisionandself-directdailyactivities Organizedandmotivatedtoprovideprojectsupportasdirected Conscientiousprofessionalwhohasapleasantphonemannerandexcellentorganizational skills 5-10yearspreviousexperienceinthefield ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeproducts,specificallyWord,ExcelandOutlook Abilityto handlemultipletasks (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
