Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations from the floor.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage P&L performance, labor, and food costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in QSR or fast-casual.
• Strong P&L and people leadership skills.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Stable work history and a track record of results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow.
