Location: Bensalem, PA Pay: $50K-$55K salary + bonuses Shift: 8am to 5pm, M-F

Our client, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Driver Recruiter to support ongoing growth and driver hiring initiatives. This is a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting role focused on sourcing and onboarding CDL-A talent within a specialized transportation environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruit and qualify CDL-A drivers through job boards, referrals, lead generation, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screenings and assess driver qualifications, experience, and safety history
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain communication and follow-up with applicants to ensure engagement and completion of onboarding requirements
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and compliance teams throughout the hiring process
• Update recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS system
• Support hiring efforts while ensuring compliance with company and DOT guidelines

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of driver recruiting experience required; transportation recruiting or high-volume industrial recruiting backgrounds will also be considered as strong transferable experience along with some driver recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers strongly preferred
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations preferred
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Tenstreet highly preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
