First to deliver the best imaging and classification data for every defect or point on any layer at any time. EBeam's mission encapsulates its role as the "eyes" of KLA's product line, providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible.RequirementsExpertise in overlay metrology, including eBeam, optical metrology, or both.Thorough, in-depth understanding of customer technologies, requirements, and critical capability gaps.Knowledge of optical CD, scatterometry, film metrology, and process characterization.Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to lead projects from kickoff through completion, including clear planning and periodic and final reporting.Ability to perform complex data and image analysis using data-analysis tools.Experience with Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL, or similar analytical tools is preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present results frequently to internal and external customers.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Minimum QualificationsMaster's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or Physics, or a related field.Base Pay Range$83,100.00 - $141,300.00 AnnuallyKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
