Accounting Now is working with a leading North American manufacturing organization is hiring a Payroll Tax & Compliance Specialist to oversee U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance. Key responsibilities: Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance, filings, deposits, and reconciliations Resolve tax notices, discrepancies, and agency issues Support W-2, T4, and RL-1 reporting Reconcile payroll tax accounts to the general ledger Manage ADP SmartCompliance activities Strengthen payroll tax controls, processes, and audit readiness 5+ years of payroll tax/compliance or senior payroll experience Strong U.S. federal, state, and local payroll tax knowledge Canadian payroll tax experience preferred ADP SmartCompliance experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel and strong reconciliation skills Ennis, TX | Flexible start between 7–9 AM | Up to 10 WFH days/year #J-18808-Ljbffr
