Youth Case Manager: Medical & Behavioral Support

Legacy Treatment Services Group in Burlington County, NJ seeks a dedicated Case Manager to ensure medical needs for youth, train Foster Parents on medication policies, and coordinate with prescribers on psychiatric/behavioral concerns. You will schedule monthly medication monitoring, maintain records, attend treatment team meetings, and provide crisis support after hours.
