ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Founded in 2012, our agency is led by Daniel and supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals who bring a strong blend of insurance, claims, and financial services experience to the work we do. Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelors degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications. He is deeply family-oriented, married for 18 years with four children, and brings that same care and thoughtfulness into helping individuals and families tailor coverage to their real needs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daniel Parker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
