Benefits We Offer Competitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Supportive Team Environment Growth & Leadership Opportunities What You’ll Do Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law) Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required) 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong critical thinking and time management skills Comfortable working independently and leading a team during overnight hours We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer We welcome all qualified applicants and value diversity in our workforce.
