¿Eres un especialista en comercio minorista con experiencia, hábil con la tecnología y apasionado por impulsar las ventas? ¡Buscamos un Merchandiser de Ruta Bilingüe con gran energía para gestionar las visitas diarias a las tiendas, construir relaciones sólidas con los establecimientos y garantizar la disponibilidad y visibilidad óptima de los productos!

QUÉ HARÁS

Ejecución: Marcar precios y reponer productos en los estantes, rotar el inventario siguiendo los estándares PEPS (Primero en Entrar, Primero en Salir / FIFO) y mantener un estricto cumplimiento del planograma.

Relaciones y crecimiento de ventas: Entablar relaciones sólidas con los gerentes de tienda para lograr una ejecución fluida, identificar oportunidades en el portafolio y negociar exhibiciones secundarias.

Reportes: Registrar las visitas de forma precisa, monitorear la actividad de la competencia y capturar información clave usando la aplicación Wisy Merchandising .

Objetivos de ruta: Ejecutar condiciones impecables de venta al por menor en la tienda para maximizar la visibilidad e impulsar las ventas, manteniendo una tasa de finalización de ruta del 90% o más.

REQUISITOS

Bilingüe: Fluidez en inglés y español.

Experiencia: Se requiere experiencia previa en merchandising minorista, ejecución en tiendas de bienes de consumo masivo (CPG) o ventas.

Habilidad tecnológica: Comodidad en el manejo de aplicaciones móviles (específicamente plataformas de reporte como Wisy ).

Transporte: Licencia de conducir válida, vehículo propio confiable y seguro de auto activo para desplazarte entre las ubicaciones de la ruta.
