We have an exciting new role for a Customer Solutions Specialist. YOUR DIFFERENCE Front Desk Oversight: Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and incoming calls, assists when possible, and route requests to the appropriate team members as needed. Order Processing: Manage customer orders from intake through entry in Fulcrum, ensuring accurate details, proper routing, and clear communication across sales, production, and operations. Quoting & Vendor Coordination: Prepare quotes for standard and buy/sell items by gathering required information, sourcing vendor pricing, and entering complete, accurate data into the system. Operational Support: Notify customers of order readiness, support purchasing, and demand planning in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Requirements Knowledge: Consistent work history. High school diploma or GED. A minimum of two (2) years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Office Assistant, Customer Solutions Specialist, or similar role. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organization, with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of problem‑solving, decision‑making, and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing processes, provide excellent customer service, use and troubleshoot computer programs, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds. Ability: This position is onsite at our Fremont, NE location and is NOT remote. A drug screen is required.
