We are seeking an Engagement Support Specialist to join our team at our Germantown Avenue Clinic located in Philadelphia, PA. This role is Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:00p with an hourly rate of $19.15. Position Details Responsibilities will include: Exemplify customer service by answering phones and interacting with program members, staff, clinicians and visitors in a timely and pleasant manner. Use the EHR to check-in Persons in Recovery (PIR) presenting to program ensuring they are not scheduled for services and do not have any active clinical holds before removing check-in. Help to resolved PIR issues as they arise to avoid escalation to counselor or Supervisory staff. Experience working with substance use disorder population preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient with standard office equipment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
