Production Technician IIThe Production Technician II at Keurig Dr Pepper operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains production and packaging equipment to maximize operational efficiency and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality in a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility. This includes preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, and making minor adjustments. This role will also be engaged in the improvement of manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. There will be a potential for domestic travel during the training period.Shift and Schedule: This is a full time position on Night Shift on the 2-2-3 Rotating 12 hour shift 6:00PM - 6:00AM. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.Responsibilities:Performs duties with a safety first approachEnsures work areas are clean and organized at all timesSet up machinery and replenish production materials as neededOperate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line qualityTroubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as neededRecord all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.)Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activitiesPerform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipmentTotal Rewards: Pay starting at $26.22 per hour Where Applicable: Benefits eligible day one!!
