Job Title Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location Wichita Falls, TX | Intermediate Care / Step-Down Unit Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (84 hours biweekly, 72-hour guarantee) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Step-Down setting with the expectation to float and support Med Surg as needed Work night shifts on a 3x12 or 4x12 alternating schedule, including weekends as required Adhere to facility compliance requirements and complete all required orientation modules during the designated orientation period Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using the facility's electronic health record system Ensure all required certifications and compliance items are current and submitted prior to start Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start date ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission Nursys verification required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Must agree to alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule and weekend availability Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates not accepted) Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with Epic electronic health records strongly preferred Familiarity with IMC, PCU, or Step-Down patient populations Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic intermediate care environment with a guaranteed 72-hour biweekly minimum Block scheduling may be accommodated, offering some flexibility within the contract structure Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775268.
