Visit to know more about us. Role : AML Analyst Location : New Castle, DE Mode : Onsite Job Description We are seeking an AML SAR Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML investigations, SAR drafting, and case management workflows and a proven ability to manage end-to-end investigations, synthesize findings, and produce clear, compliant SAR narratives. Responsibilities Review and investigate system-generated and manual cases from sources such as EAP and Mantas in line with AML procedures. Document findings, compile case files, and maintain complete workpapers, including media search results and internal records. Conduct research using bank systems, the Internet, and third-party databases to resolve investigations. Collect and analyze statements, transaction data, and supporting documents to identify unusual patterns. Engage points of contact to obtain supplemental information needed to complete cases. Record research and analysis in the Case Management System with accuracy and completeness. Draft Suspicious Activity Reports and recommend relationship retention or termination, tracking account closures as required. Liaise with CRIU units, ACRM, Business partners, CSIS, FIU Legal, Trade Surveillance, and Law Enforcement as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-5 years of AML or financial investigations experience, including transaction monitoring and customer review. Demonstrated SAR writing experience in accordance with regulatory requirements. Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FinCEN, and relevant SEC, FINRA, and FRB guidance. Strong research capability with online search tools and internal bank platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Effective writing, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to multitask, manage time, and complete projects independently. Preferred Skills: CAMS certification. Exposure to Senior Public Figures, Money Service Businesses, Wealth Management, and Retail Banking compliance. Why TSR?
