Key Responsibilities Lead high‑value electrical construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial, and safety objectives. Build strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent updates on project status and milestones. Delegate responsibilities to project engineers and assistant managers, providing mentorship and performance feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 15+ years of experience managing large‑scale electrical or MEP projects, ideally within commercial, institutional, or mission‑critical sectors. Strong technical understanding of electrical distribution systems, lighting, and controls. Proven success in managing project budgets, schedules, and teams for multi‑million‑dollar builds. Experience with design‑build and pre‑fabrication workflows. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges creatively and effectively. Track record of mentoring junior project staff and promoting team development.
