Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory and work professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation regarding previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork environment.
