We’re seeking a Client Service Representative who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. Why Alera Group Meaningful Impact: Help clients and employees navigate benefits programs that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction Growth & Learning: Opportunities to deepen your expertise and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries Collaborative Culture: Work in a team-oriented environment that values accountability, partnership, and The Collaborative Way RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Risk Strategy Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day‑to‑day servicing of existing client accounts Provide prompt, professional responses to client service requests and inquiries Maintain a strong client‑focused service approach that supports retention and satisfaction Operational Excellence Review and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and carrier requirements Request and process policy endorsements with insurance carriers Order FR‑19 forms and update driver information as needed Maintain accurate documentation and records within agency systems Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards Strategic Contribution Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial service team Identify and elevate issues that require Account Manager or carrier involvement Contribute to consistent service practices that reduce errors and omissions exposure QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience supporting Commercial Lines insurance accounts Active Property & Casualty insurance license Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Experience working within an insurance agency or brokerage environment Familiarity with commercial insurance documentation and servicing workflows Core Competencies Client‑first mindset Strong organizational and time‑management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills Collaboration and teamwork Accountability and follow‑through ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: Hourly range: $25 – $33 per hour Benefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
