Job Description Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. To be a successful cook, you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensure compliance with food and safety and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position. Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred. Safe food handling techniques are required. Ability to read and understand recipes. Work in a team environment. Work flexible shifts. Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and or in writing.
