The Assistant Bookkeeper plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations by managing data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This role requires familiarity with Autosoft DMS, Chrysler, and GM financial statements to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping. The Assistant Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable and receivable, bank transactions, and maintain clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and invoice processing
- Reconcile accounts and verify financial records
- Prepare financial reports for review and analysis
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle bank transactions and maintain records
- Maintain organized and up-to-date record keeping
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters
- Utilize Autosoft DMS and related software for bookkeeping tasks
