A Home Health Office Manager oversees the daily administrative operations, coordination, and compliance of a home healthcare agency to ensure seamless patient care and efficient staff workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day office functions, supervise support staff, and maintain office equipment, supplies, and communication systems.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate caregiver and clinical staff schedules, process patient referrals, and serve as a liaison between families, field staff, and administration.

• Compliance & Records: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, manage electronic medical records (EMR), and maintain secure patient and personnel files.

• Finance & Human Resources: Handle employee onboarding, payroll administration, invoicing, and basic billing or insurance claim support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A high school diploma or an Associate in Business Administration, healthcare management, or a related field is often preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in office administration, medical practices, or home healthcare is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management platforms, and home care software or EMR systems Skills: Strong organizational and active communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Language: Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
