Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapist certification and licensing
• Previous experience working within a school setting
• Enthusiasm for supporting K-8 students of diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized plans to address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies that facilitate student success
• Deliver targeted interventions in either group or one-on-one sessions
• Maintain documentation and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Foster positive relationships to create an encouraging, inclusive environment
