We are seeking a client-focused Resident Engineer to join our Aviation PMCM team supporting airport facilities and capital improvement projects.Based onsite with the client, you will work closely with airport stakeholders, designers, contractors, and project teams to manage projects from planning through construction and closeout. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and overall project delivery while ensuring alignment with program objectives.As the Resident Engineer, you'll provide project oversight, support procurement and contract administration activities, monitor project performance, and help resolve complex project challenges. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field8+ Years of experience managing aviation, airport, or large capital infrastructure projectsKnowledge of project planning, design, construction, contract administration, and project controlsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsIdeally, You'll Also HaveExperience supporting airport capital improvement programs (CIP)PMCM or Owner's Representative experienceProfessional certification such as PMP, CCM, PE, or DBIA preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint#WestPMCM#LI-CS1Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
