To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate provider, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. * Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients * Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams * Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services * Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care * Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care * Hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M-F and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends Job Requirements Required * *ARNP Degree* * *NP Certification* * Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions * DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority * Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certifications by the American Heart Association * Strong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent care type issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families Preferred * 1 year experience following training Where You'll Work Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
