Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and emotional disturbances, both in-person and remotely.

• Conduct timely assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to promote recovery and therapeutic progress.

• Manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed promptly, in line with our organizational standards.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques appropriately, acting swiftly to address emergencies in compliance with best practices and organizational guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding client privacy, and contribute to an environment that prioritizes safety and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
