Sales Enablement Manager

Owning the training philosophy and framework for Patient Services, the full-time remote Manager, Training & Enablement will design and implement training programs for agent populations, ensuring effective learning outcomes and quality assurance across multiple geographies. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the end-to-end training framework, including curriculum standards and delivery models for both OpenLoop and BPO agents Design a train-the-trainer model for international BPO partners, ensuring consistent training delivery across various cultures and learning styles Build mechanisms to verify training effectiveness and ensure agents apply learned skills in practice Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in training, enablement, or learning and development (L&D) 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a training or enablement function Demonstrated expertise in adult learning and instructional design methodologies Experience designing training for international learner populations and various learning styles Proven ability to link training to measurable outcomes such as first contact resolution and time-to-productivity
