HR / Payroll generalist

Location: Maple Grove, MN | Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview A production-based organization is seeking an HR/Payroll Generalist to manage payroll for multiple production operations while supporting broader HR functions. This role is key to ensuring accurate employee records, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience, while partnering closely with finance and leadership on reporting and operational alignment. What you'll do Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities and personnel file maintenance Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters Report to the HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Why this role This position offers the opportunity to play a central role in payroll accuracy and employee experience, partnering directly with finance and leadership in a fast-paced, on-site environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group
