UAS Pilot Location: Rome, New York You’ll operate and support testing of our portfolio of UAS platforms, working closely with engineering teams to validate system performance in real‑world conditions. Responsibilities Execute flight tests for our suite of UAS platforms. Support development and validation of flight test plans. Provide real‑time feedback on system performance. Identify and report anomalies during flight operations. Assist in system tuning and iterative testing cycles. Support ground testing and system bring‑up as needed. Maintain strict adherence to safety and operational protocols. Core Skills Currently hold relevant licences (Part 107 etc) UAS piloting experience with strong safety discipline. Ability to operate in structured and evolving environments. Clear communication and reporting. Adaptability in fast‑moving test and operational contexts. Preferred Experience Rotorcraft or helicopter platform pilot experience. Defense, public safety, or commercial UAS operations. Flight test environments.
