Job Title: Adult Daycare Program Assistant (Non-CNA Role)
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Program Assistant to support our daily operations. This non-CNA role focuses on participant engagement, meal service, basic care assistance, and toileting support — no certification required, but experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities, games, and recreational programs

• Help serve meals and snacks to participants

• Provide basic supervision and companionship

• Support with mobility and toileting assistance

• Assist with boarding and exiting transportation vans

• Keep activity areas clean, safe, and organized

• Report any concerns or incidents to the Program Manager

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred

• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable assisting with restroom needs and hygiene

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs with assistance

• High school diploma or GED required

• Background check and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
