In this role, you'll work directly with customers, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. What You'll Do Support customers via phone and email Process orders and provide order status updates Assist with product and parts selection Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and warehouse teams Manage order, inventory, and customer data in SAP and other systems Support purchasing, invoicing, and inside sales activities What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales, or administrative experience ERP experience (SAP preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Duluth, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
