Position Information

Rank: Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor (Clinical) – depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in clinics at the University Hospital, satellite sites, or nearby VA hospital.
• Supervise medical students and residents in the clinical setting.
• Teach dermatology residents.
• Participate in research activities involving clinical dermatology.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible dermatologist.
• Expertise in pigmentary disorders/vitiligo, nail disease, skin of color, psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, or complex wound care is preferred.

The Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine has approximately 52 faculty members, 11 residents, and 8 advanced practice clinicians, including 4 Mohs surgeons, 1 Mohs fellow and 5 allergy specialists. Additional information about the department can be found at
