In Touch Pharmaceuticals is an independently owned long-term care pharmacy serving healthcare facilities throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. We are seeking dependable, motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for experienced pharmacy technicians, retail pharmacy technicians, and recent pharmacy technician graduates looking to build a long-term career in pharmacy.

Experience in long-term care pharmacy is preferred but not required. Retail pharmacy technicians and recent pharmacy technician graduates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monthly schedules provided in advance
• Opportunities to work a variety of shifts based on departmental and operational needs
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and process medication orders
• Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
• Work within Dispensing, Data Entry, or Sterile IV departments based on business needs and training
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Provide excellent customer service to healthcare staff and customers
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment
• Assist in maintaining inventory and organization throughout the pharmacy
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support workflow efficiency and patient care

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred but not required
