Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA Pay Range: $35-45/hour Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based | 2026-2027 SY | Up to $45/hour | Full Time Location: Tacoma, WA Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, W-2 Employee About the Role: Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-founded, woman-owned company seeking full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person, school-based position supporting students in public school districts.
