Location: Pueblo, Colorado Position Type: Full-time | Permanent Specialty: Nephrology Schedule: Inpatient + Outpatient | Shared Call Partnership Track: Yes Overview We are a well-established, physician-led nephrology group in Pueblo seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologist to join our team. Located just outside of Colorado Springs, a private practice is seeking to hire a BE/BC nephrologist to join their growing practice. Collaborate with 5 other physicians and 2 nurse practitioners as you provide general nephrology care. Enjoy a guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 and a quick 1-year partnership as you provide general nephrology to a growing community. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nephrology care across clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals Participate in an equitable shared call schedule Work in a collaborative, patient-focused practice What We Offer 4-day work week. 36 patient facing hours. 6-9 days per month of inpatient coverage. 4 dedicated days for dialysis coverage per month. Minimal call requirements - primarily daytime call. Guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 with additional income through partnership. 1-year partnership track.
