Director, Global Benefits

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Global Benefits to develop and oversee competitive benefits programs across the organization's expanding global workforce. This role reports to the Senior Director of Total Rewards and involves designing scalable frameworks, managing renewals, and ensuring alignment with company strategy during a period of commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap with Total Rewards leadership
• Design scalable benefits programs including health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing offerings
• Lead annual benefits renewals with benchmarking, financial modeling, and vendor analysis
• Establish global frameworks balancing standardization with local market flexibility
• Support benefits readiness for new countries and legal entities

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and managing global benefits programs
• Financial acumen in benefits cost analysis, budgeting, and vendor evaluation
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management across HR, Finance, and Legal
• Knowledge of U.S. and international benefits regulations and compliance
• Strategic planning and program governance in scaling organizations
• Communication skills for benefits strategy translation and employee engagement
