Commercial Escrow Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support a highvolume, fastpaced escrow team handling large, complex real estate transactions. This role will work closely with escrow officers to assist in the preparation and closing of commercial, residential, and builder transactions. Responsibilities include opening orders, preparing and reviewing closing documents, collecting required items for closing, maintaining escrow files, and communicating with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams. This position involves heavy administrative and technical work, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on complex deals, can operate independently, and is proactive in supporting the team to meet closing timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Assistant or Processor (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of escrow and title processes from open to close
- Ability to handle highvolume transactions and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with clients and internal teams

- Background supporting attorneys or complex real estate transactions
