H&M Sales Advisor - The Shops at Northfield Stapleton

About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to supply the information customers need for the best experience. Additionally, you will handle garment refill and care, maintain presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service: welcoming guides and supporting customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. Engage and converse with customers to deliver outstanding service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products. Actively promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness: keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, brands, competitors, and influencers, and share relevant information with customers. Team & Development: share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues, follow procedures and legal requirements, give and receive feedback, and participate in onboarding, training, and development courses. Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution: complete garment cycles, operate fitting rooms and checkout areas, maintain a tidy sales floor and stockrooms, manage garment presentation and merchandise displays, ensure adequate stock levels, support OT‑OMNI services and tech tools, and assist with opening and closing the store while following health and safety guidelines.
