If you're ready to bring your expertise to a company that values your dedication and rewards your hard work, keep reading!Why Join Us?Be a key player in minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that challenges you daily.Enjoy ongoing technical training and growth opportunities.Join a supportive team that prioritizes safety and excellence.Competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a chance to truly own your role.What You'll Do:Diagnose and repair forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (LP Gas, diesel, electric).Provide top-notch customer service by maintaining great rapport on every visit.Communicate with team leads and dispatch to solve challenges efficiently.Keep up with training to stay sharp on the latest equipment and techniques.Manage your workday paperwork like a pro—time cards, reports, and signatures.Recommend when complex repairs should be sent to our shop.Work overtime and handle emergency calls when needed to keep customers running.What You Bring to the Table:Minimum 2 years' experience repairing forklifts and related equipment.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for industrial material handling machines.Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Own a complete set of tools to get the job done right.Certified to operate material handling equipment.Commitment to safety in everything you do.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):Welding and fabrication experience.Experience with full equipment rebuilds.Familiarity with lean business principles.The Physical Stuff:This job is hands-on and physically demanding—expect to lift, kneel, crouch, and be on your feet a lot. You'll work in all kinds of environments, including noisy and extreme temperature conditions.
