Packaging EngineerEnsure the effective control of product package and reduce packing cost on the condition of ensuring product quality.Job Functions:Prepare packing technical requirement or new products and new customersTimely fulfill the preparation of packing process for new products and responsible for data maintenanceDesign, verify and track new packing technologyImprove packing technology, packing quality and work efficiency as well as reduce packing costDevelop packing materials; Develop safe, eco-friendly and low-cost internal and external packing materialsDevelop new packing technologySatisfy different packing requirements from customerTechnical supervisionFind and solve field packing problemsKnow customer's packing requirement and responsible for packing case confirmationCommunicate with customer, submit packing plan to customer and have them signed by customer for confirmationOther duties as assignedNothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeQualificationsLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customersAt least 1 year of working experienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods.
