HYBRID Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a HYBRID (remote 4 days per week, in office 1 day per week) customer-focused professional, with strong data entry and healthcare experience to serve as the primary point of contact for member and patient support. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting membership retention and recertification efforts, and ensuring timely coordination of medications, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with recertification, enrollment, renewals, and plan changes
• Provide inbound and outbound customer support to improve member satisfaction and retention
• Help members complete applications, select providers, and navigate services
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve member concerns and barriers
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of supplies/equipment
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/privacy standards
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• strong typing and data entry
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, member services, or customer support
• familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with phone outreach and documentation systems
