Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active School Psychologist license in the State of Washington or be eligible and willing to obtain it prior to the start date.
- Demonstrated recent experience serving in a school setting.
- Strong skills in 1:1 student assessment, counseling, and intervention planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and educational staff.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide targeted interventions to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans.
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed.
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for students’ best interests.
- Maintain thorough documentation and report findings aligned with school district protocols.
