Valet Greeter The role of the Valet Greeter is to complete every customer interaction pleasantly and courteously while ensuring safety. As key players in delivering exceptional customer service, they should also have strong communication skills, work well under pressure, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Full Time, Flexible days/hours Responsibilities Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction. Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees per company and site-specific guidelines. Maintain a ready-to-serve posture that is welcoming to guests. Be polite and smile at all guests and prioritize the interaction when assistance is needed. Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks. Work efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests. Use preferred word choices while speaking with guests. Provide information about the property per hotel brand guidelines. Keep the arrival area clean and tidy, including picking up any trash or debris and monitoring the overall appearance of the ramp. Replace tickets as needed. Ensure the operation is safe for customers and staff by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards or incidents. Years of Experience: Entry Level Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED Requirements: Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English Effectively maneuvering around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions. Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations Strong sense of customer service Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds Be at least 18 years of age. Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction. Maintain uniform standards while around the account. Skills: Ability to create relationships with customers.
