We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our growing team. You will play a critical role being a vital link in the supply chain. Your work will help guarantee shipments move efficiently and accurately between suppliers, partner companies and customers.

 

This is a hands-on role for someone who:

 

• Takes pride in doing things right the first time
• Enjoys working in a collaborative role
• Wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment

 

Requirements

• Professional/effective communication
• Ability to analyze and identify problems, strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of shipping and receiving protocols
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping software/applications
• Knowledge of operating material handling equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

 

Responsibilities

• Inspect to ensure accuracy, quality and damage of incoming shipments
• Prepare accurate and on time delivery of shipments
• Inventory management of shipping supplies and manufactured components
• Counting Parts
• Process and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized shipping area
• Attend and be prepared for shipping meetings
