Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys connecting great people with the right opportunities while keeping core HR processes running smoothly. In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, support a strong candidate and new hire experience, and provide backup support for payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (70%)

• Strategic Sourcing: Create strong talent pipelines through professional networks, digital platforms, job boards, and targeted outreach.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting process from posting and screening to interviews, communication, and offer coordination.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work with department leaders to clarify hiring needs, selection criteria, and interview plans.
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Deliver a welcoming experience from first contact through onboarding and orientation.

Payroll & Benefits Backup (25%)

• Payroll Processing Backup: Support weekly payroll, including timecard review, payroll processing, and wage garnishments.
• Benefits Administration Backup: Assist with employee questions, enrollments, life status changes, COBRA, invoice reconciliation, and open enrollment.
• Leave Management: Provide backup support for FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave requests.
• Compliance & Records: Keep HRIS data accurate and support audits, reporting, and employment law compliance.

General HR Support (5%)

• Support HR policies, compliance activities, and other day-to-day HR priorities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience preferred, with hands-on recruiting and exposure to payroll and benefits.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Enhanced Time and Attendance, ADP Reporting, and Excel.
• HR Knowledge: Working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Strengths: Clear communication, strong organization, sound judgment, problem-solving, and discretion with confidential information. Knowledge of employer branding strategies and social media recruiting techniques
