WHAT WE OFFER

Pay: $250,000–$500,000/year

Schedule: We offer a variety of options, including full-time, part-time, and flexible hours so you can build a routine that works for you.

POSITION DETAILS:

Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities
• Manage complex cases discharged early from hospitals
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting
• Ensure continuity, quality, and compassion in every patient interaction

What You Need:

• Board certification or board-eligible internal medicine, geriatrics, critical care, or family practice

Previous experience as a hospitalist or in leadership positions is strongly preferred.
